Description:
El-Salam polyclinic in Harem city, Idleb governorate, is on the border to Turkey, some 50 km west of Aleppo city. It specialises in gynecology, obstetrics, and paediatrics, and serves the city and neighboring villages and camps; a population of approximately 175,000 people. The hospital consists of out- and inpatient clinics, ambulance services, a pharmacy, vaccination center, a maternity and pediatric clinics. Due to the recent mass displacement; a three-month period that saw nearly one million people being displaced, the hospital’s caseload has increased by 70% since December 2019. © WHO/Khalil Ashawi
